It is a privilege to bear the torch for the next generation of welders and to continue the legacy of Kirk’s Welding.

Carlina Kirk, Owner

Woman Lead Business

Kirk’s welding began in 1986, with Dane Kirk and a single welding rig. He would work community based jobs on the weekends and as business grew, it became a full time operation with multiple rigs.

As Dane’s company grew up, so did his family. He bestowed the knowledge and trade to his daughter Carlina and she began going to job sites with him. Aa a kid, she did the grunt work, but when she grew up, she completed her own training and certification to work with her dad. They completed numerous major projects, working with companies such as Big D Construction, Oakley, and Gorge Construction. Then in 2020 as the world shuttered, so did the family business. Sadly in 2022 Dane, the patriarch and founder of Kirk’s Welding passed away, leaving a void that no one could fill.

Carlina didn’t want her dad’s company to go with him, so she started building it herself. Reviving her father’s business is about more than honoring his memory- it is about carrying on his legacy and passing it to future generations. Now Carlina’s daughter, T'Aaliyah, is learning from her, just as she did from her father.

Kirk’s Welding understands the value of knowledge and expertise that is gained through years of experience in the industry. It is their mission to preserve and build upon the foundation that Dane Kirk built and passed on to his daughter and granddaughter; ensuring that his passion and commitment live on.

Each project is approached with a deep sense of responsibility and a commitment to quality. They strive to exceed expectations, just as Dane did throughout his career. By rebuilding this company, they are a living testament to the resilience and determination that drives entrepreneurs and family businesses.

As always, Kirk’s Welding provides exceptional service, and the highest standards of safety and professionalism; while fostering strong relationships with customers.
